Quality Inn and Suites North, Youngstown

The catalytic converter went out on our car just as we turned off the expressway onto Belmont Avenue. The Quality Inn staff directed us to a garage up the street that was open on a Saturday night! Right then and there I decided that was where we would stay for the next 3 days. The pool offered entertainment for my otherwise obnoxious 14 year old. The onsite Cancun Restaurant was as good a Mexican restuarant as you'll find in most places in the U.S.--I say that as a former Californian who knows--not to mention there are a host of other good to decent restaurants in the neighborhood accessible on foot. The room was great and the staff ever so helpful. I felt we were in really good hands at the Quality Inn and that's where we generally stop on our trips to the Midwest.
