Very poor overall experience. Trouble started when it took nearly 2 hours for the hotel to locate the reservation that had been made 7 hours earlier. This on top of a long drive to get there.
When we did finally get to a room, the TV didn't work. We were tired so didn't make an issue of it. Next morning, realized the bathroom was dirty. Hair, not ours, on the fixtures. Shower obviously dirty. Had to clean it prior to using it. Dust on tables, empty beer can, again, not ours, on floor by bed. Manager difficult to find and does not return calls promptly. Worst experience we've had in a hotel, EVER.
