Four Seasons Motor Lodge, Kent

This place is recently renovated and staff is very friendly, they allow pets also so you don't worry about dog. Morning Breakfast was excellent. Love to stay there again. Thanks

The people at the desk weren't friendly, the so called rennovations were terrible, and there were people making noise all night. Not to mention that we had to ask for towels and "clean bed linens." This hotel's name should be America's Worst...

Very poor overall experience. Trouble started when it took nearly 2 hours for the hotel to locate the reservation that had been made 7 hours earlier. This on top of a long drive to get there. When we did finally get to a room, the TV didn't work. We were tired so didn't make an issue of it. Next morning, realized the bathroom was dirty. Hair, not ours, on the fixtures. Shower obviously dirty. Had to clean it prior to using it. Dust on tables, empty beer can, again, not ours, on floor by bed. Manager difficult to find and does not return calls promptly. Worst experience we've had in a hotel, EVER.

This is the place to go if you want to get a great room with a great price. The staff is very nice and so is the manager, we all come here whenever we are in ohio area. Nice clean bathrooms and wide spaced rooms.

Checked in to an unclean room, informed management/front desk who apologized and sent maid. Left for dinner, returned to still a dirty bathroom and questionable sheets! Floor was unvaccumed. Maid had only cleaned the bathroom sink out (toothpaste, hair). Informed mgmt again and switched room only to find out on a chilly night that the room had no heat, only air conditioning. To late in the evening to find other hotel, left first thing in the morning!!

Rooms were very dirty,cob webs hanging from ceiling, dust on lamps,dirt on floors,dog hairs on couch. Shower still had soap leftover from someone before us.Rooms need new carpet and painted also bathrooms need to be improved. The rooms were to be nonsmoking,it stunk bad.The only good thing was the suite had lots off room.

This was personally the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! The water had dirty sand in it, and when there wasn't any sand in it, the water was yellow. We had poor maid service. There were filthy stains on the carpet, and the ceilings had like some scrapes. There was also like mold or mildew on the walls. My family and I intended staying there for a week, but ended up stayinf there for 2 days because of it's uncomfortableness. There are other hotels right nex to it, stay in one of those.

This was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. They could not afford to have 100% satisfaction as one of their benefits, they would go out of business.

At first sight you think the place is a dump but once you get inside it's a nice place. The rooms are average sized but quiet and the beds are comfortable. There is outside access (motor lodge style) if that's your thing and a very nice lounge and restaurant with very reasonable prices. I slept like a baby!
