woodland hotel

On June 26 when we arrived, they didn't have the rooms that I had
confirmed which was 2 king size beds, one smoking and one non-smoking. We had to settle for one king and one with 2 double beds.
The front of the building and the lobby was pretty nice. Drove
around to the rooms. They needed upgraded really bad. The couch
was not fit to sit on and the bed was lumpy. Went into the hall
for ice and the machines did not work on 1st or 2nd floor. They
were older models. The halls smelled of mildew and the carpet
was very old and dirty. The swimming pool and hot tub were shut
down for health reasons. My brother was in the room with 2 beds
and approx 10:30 he notified the desk of dogs barking in the room
next to him. Nothing was done about it and it went on during the
night. My wife and I went to the bar to get a drink. We stopped
at the restrooms in the lobby. The mens room had no doors on the
stalls and had water on the floor. At 2:30, pounding on the doors
and yelling went on in the hall until approx 4:30am. My brother
nor I wanted to put the other out so we stayed the night. We
would not recommed this hotel to anyone.
