Polar Express Stay
By Wendy S, 10/05/07
We stayed here dec 2006 and are planning on comming back again this Dec. Close to our depot for the Polar express trip and had a special package for trip goers with goodie bag for each child. This was a big kids weekend and the hotel staff was so helpful and quick. Very nice and polite. Breakfast was good. Pool and fitness area clean and nice. Rooms were very clean.

You DON'T get what you pay for here!!!
By greenesgt, 07/29/07
What I liked was: Clean, close to interstate and respond to service call promptly. Dislikes: Remote control didn't work (it was replaced), had 4 "tiny" pillows for a KING SIZE bed. No additional pillows in the room. Ice machine near the room was broken, the next closest was out of ice, the available ice was on the other side of the hotel! The worst thing was..."breakfast"! Tiny cold danish, coffee and an apple is in not way a breakfast! This was the SORRIEST excese for a "Continental Breakfast" I have "ever" seen!...Bar none! You want VALUE, stay at a comfort Inn! The choices for continental breakfast is unbelieveable! After all of my complaining to the desk Mgr. Lisa, all she said was, "You could have called the front desk, we could have given you bigger pillows". (they should have been KING SIZE to begin with! And she told me ALL HOIDAY INNS NO LONGER HAVE THE "CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST" ANYMORE. It seems they want you to "buy" your breakfast from them. And after all of that, I never heard "I'm sorry or I apologize". What ever happened to "Customer Service? And whoever coined the phrase: "You get what you paid for", never spent a night at the Holiday Inn at New Philadelphia Ohio!!! Greg Springboro, Ohio

We visit here often!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/23/07
It is a nice area, and a pleasant hotel. They have friendly, helpful staff. It is close to many attractions. We visit amish country every time we stay here. We enjoy staying here a couple times a year. It is located near a rural area and it is fun to just get away and enjoy exploring the country way of life.

We're going back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/12/06
We stayed here Labor Day weekend 2005 and have reservations for Memorial Day 2006. It is close enough to the Amish country and far enough away from all the people. The rooms were very nice, the staff was courteous and helpful. The outside pool was perfect but the inside pool felt like it had ice cubes in it. The hot tub temp was just right and it's got great food at the hotels Texas Roadhouse. The rooms had microwave and refrigerators. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to going back!

Not good for the price.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/31/05
The pool was small and the jacuzzi jets were not very powerful. The breakfast was nice.
