Wasn't bad but wasn't the greatest either.
My family and I were in Cincinnati for a World War II Navy reunion in August 2010. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. Check-in took 5 minutes. Our room was clean, but very small which made it very difficult for us to push an 84 year old World War II veteran into/around the room in his wheelchair. The only other complaints I had were... (1.) Both light bulbs in the lamps by each double bed were burned out. I called the front desk and a very pleasant woman told me a maintenance man would be up to change them. That was Friday afternoon and by Sunday morning, they had not been changed. ( 2.) No one ever came to our room to clean it. Granted, we only stayed two nights, but usually a housekeeper will straighten the beds, run the vacuum and empty the garbage. No one ever did those things. ( 3.) On Saturday night of our stay, we had to wait for fifteen minutes for an elevator. Every time the doors opened up, the elevators were jammed full. I noticed one of the 4 elevators was out of order. (Normally I would have taken the stairs, but we were on the fifth floor and we had a person with us in a wheelchair). Wouldn't you think the hotel manager would have made sure ALL of the elevators were in running order knowing there was a reunion coming to town with over 400 people in attendance? Other than those three things, our stay was pleasant for the most part.
