Room not bad but service is awful
By Barbara W, 12/31/09
Front desk clerk was too busy taking personal cell call. Restaurant, if you can call it that, is something I can't even explain. I was charged $40 more per night on my debit card that I am now trying to get back. Oh, by the way, when you call the hotel, no one answers the phone and message says you "can't leave a message".

worst hotel expierience ever!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/27/09
quoted one price on phone: charged 10.00 more at arrival. door lock not working properly, spider in my bed, clock not set on correct time, awoke by someone trying to enter room, after all this i tried to speak to the front desk rep. at check out and she presceeded to take a personal phone call and completly ignored me, handed me my receipt and said have a nice day. i have worked at a front desk in a hotel for 5 years and would expect to be terminated if i treated a guest in such a manner. i would never stay in this hotel again. i would sleep in my car first !!!

terrible for price
By Mary, 08/08/07
Rooms were not good, noisy, smelled bad, not a good place to stay for the price. did allow me to check in early, but hammering at 7 45 am was inexcusable. Would not ever stay there again.

Return stay....not likely
By JANETANN, 08/29/05
We reserved a room at the Ramada based on reputation, location & value. Upon arriving at our hotel we realized it wasn't a value at all.....the carpet in our room was filty. Our feet were grey to black after walking on the floor. After pointing this out to my husband he informs me that he read the cleanliness rating when he checked in and it was 82%.....I would have cancelled our reservations then and there. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless the rating was 95-100%.

You can't pay me to stay there again.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/20/05
This place was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We had to change rooms because the door only opened about 10% of the time with our keycard. No matter how we explained the problem, we didn't get maintenance to even take a look, so we demanded a new room. The new room had a sink that didn't actually drain, it merely leaked out the drain pipe onto a pile of mold on the floor. Obviously this has been a problem for a while. Do yourself a favor and search for another hotel.

I will never go back......
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/28/05
Like I said the Lady at the front desk was nice. I think she was new she helped me get what I needed. The room was not clean,no hot breakfast like the coupon says. And people walking into my room in the middle of the night. I will not be going back there when I travel again...
