NICE!

when I got there it wasnt bad,The hallways was a lil cold but the rooms where nice great service checking in.there is a bar and a restrant so we didnt half to leave the hotel till our flight the next morning so like I said it was a nice stay.

great stay

Older hotel but clean and great service.In town on business and this hotel was close to my meeting area. I will stay there anytime I am in the Charlotte area.They even had entertainmant in their bar on Friday night....

Won't be back!!

By virtue of US Airways problems, My family and I were placed in this hotel. This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Due to flight problems we arrived late and had to check out extra early or I would have changed hotels. The floors were damp and horribly stained. The Sheets were so thin you could literally see through them to the gold matress below. The bathroom sink drain was stopped up and backed up. We had to brush our teeth and spit in the tub. I spoke with the front desk and was simply told, "I'll let them know". I later called the manager who stated she would look at the room and then call me back , guess what - never heard from her..... I would not recommend this to anyone. We travel quite extensively and have stayed in may hotels across the US. This is by far the worst.
 
 
 
 
 
Not really impressed

Hallway walls and carpet need to be renovated. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms very clean. Our first room had an air conditioner that did not work, but we were immediately given another room. We did have a problem with housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned for two days running, even after calls to the front desk. We were told there was a computer problem and were given free breakfast in the restaurant, which was pretty good for a buffet. Location is right off the highway and very convenient to Charlotte and airport. However, there is an adult entertainment business and store right next to the hotel. I would not stay here with young children.

Know what you are signing up for

I arrived at midnight and took the hotel shuttle to the hotel. When I had to return to the airport at six in the morning, I was told that the 24 hour shuttle does not start running till 6:30am, so I had to pay for a cab to get to the airport on time. I recommend that one call and clarify if the "free shuttle" is running at the time you require. Hotle was otherwise clean and comfortable. Nice showers!
