This 16-story, neo-Italian style hotel is fashioned in 18th century French and offers 180 spacious guest rooms and 70 luxurious suites, all decorated with handcrafted Louis XVI period furniture from France. Collectible Chinoiserie, richly detailed fabrics, and original artwork adorn the rooms. All guest rooms and suites also have mini-bars, hair dryers, in-room safes, two-line phones with modem for computers and a fax machine, and marble bathrooms with Stanhope's plush terry robes and slippers. Many rooms overlook prestigious 5th Avenue. Amenities include babysitting services, fitness facility, lounge, restaurant, and meeting rooms.
