BEST WESTERN Syracuse Airport Inn, Syracuse

A great place! Location, breakfast, clean rooms, free internet. I can't see anyone giving this place a bad review. To us it's worth 4 stars!. Highly recommed!

We have stayed at this hotel prior to our last 5 flights out of Hancock Airport. On our first stay we were a little nervous about the restuarant as it was small and we were the only ones in it. I must say this was a perfect example of "looks are deceiving". The food was excellent just as it was on our next 4 stays. The rooms are bigger than what I'd expected and always very clean. The staff was more than accomodating during each of our stays. We usually book the park and fly option and this alone saves us over half the cost of the stay in what we would have paid at the airport in parking fees. We typically park for 10 days and it's never a problem. The shuttle service is a luxury in itself. During our last stay 8/07 they had a new van which made for a smooth ride. The drivers are always pleasant and it's so nice to be dropped off in front of the terminal for our airline. When we returned from our flights we used the phone near the baggage area to let them know we needed to be picked up. They came very promptly. Although we live within 45 minutes of the airport we prefer to stay at this hotel. It starts our vacation early and allows us a stress free relaxing begining to our travels. It is what it is ...an airport hotel that is reasonably priced and convenient for travelers. We are looking forward to our July 2008 stay.

I left my favorite flash-light. When I called house-keeping I got a recording. They never called back. I would have liked the waitress's name (she didn't introduce herself) and she kept calling us "folks." This is a term of endearment I used to refer to my grandparents. The bed was very comfortable, the bath room very clean. The room was larger than some I have stayed in but then the price was a bit higher than those too. Anne J Potsdam, NY

We stayed at this hotel the night before leaving for California. My flight was 6:00 am and I was nervous that we would be late. Our wake up call was right on time and we made our flight. The hotel itself was perfect. We were there last August so we did use the pool. It was very nice. Our room was very clean, as the rest of the hotel also. At 4:00 am I surprised to see coffee and danishes. It was also very nice to be able to grab a bite on the run. I am staying at this hotel again in Feb. My daughter and I are going to escape this cold climate and go to Orlando for a week. This hotel is so convenient to the airport.

I made my reservation on-line. The plane was delayed, it was late, there was snow and the parking lot was not plowed. I signed for my room. The next morning, the parking lot still was not plowed. When I checked out, the rate was higher than what I contracted for on-line. The young desk clerk hassled me about the rate, saying the mistake was my error and I signed in the night before. I will try to avoid that hotel in the future, despite it's convenient location to the airport.

The rooms are Clean and well done. It is really Close to Syracuse Airport, hardly 3 minutes drive and the hotel offers pick up and drops to airport. Good food too!! Could not think of anything we disliked during 1 night stay

I was satisfied with clean, brand new facilities and the high speed of internet access. And it is located just around the corner of the airport. I was really impressed.

We we where going to stay at this hotel and made a reservation thru AAA. I just happened upon a review of this place and found that the park and fly was not available unless we made the reservation through the front desk. We then called AAA and told them about this and they where completely unaware of this situation. We found another place to stay near by that does offer this servie.THis is why we where going to stay there in the first place.

We booked our room expecting to be able to park at the hotel while on our trip, as we have done many other times. We found out when we checked-in, that the parking is only available with bookings through the hotel and not available when booking on-line. The front desk clerk was not accomodating at all and we would not have stayed at the hotel if we had known this in advance. Our only reason for staying was to take advantage of the airport parking.
