Rate Dispute

I made my reservation on-line. The plane was delayed, it was late, there was snow and the parking lot was not plowed. I signed for my room. The next morning, the parking lot still was not plowed.
When I checked out, the rate was higher than what I contracted for on-line. The young desk clerk hassled me about the rate, saying the mistake was my error and I signed in the night before. I will try to avoid that hotel in the future, despite it's convenient location to the airport.
