Good hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/1/11
My stay here was nice. Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. I was here for just a quick overnight and had to catch a flight early the next morning. They have free shuttle service to the airport and have a park and fly package so I was able to leave my car right at the hotel. The shuttle was right on time and dropped me off right at my airline. I will be picked up when I return and just be able to get in my car and go. Good hotel and its great they offer such services. I will be back on my next trip.

Great location, Good value
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/28/11
Made our annual trip down from Canada for the black friday shopping. Our room was great, clean and sufficient. Staff was excellent and full of information to help us on our shopping adventure. We come down every year and wouldn't change a thing. Great value for the money and good service all around.

Brother, if this place is better after your company went thru it......sell your business before you get sued! You and your business must be blind! Rodeway....you suck! The place and the staff were nasty, this place is nothing more than a bang house for johns to take their prostitutes.

A value stay for the area
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/28/11
I am the owner of a company named SAN-ITY. We are specialist at the eradication of bed bugs from hotels. We travel countrywide to service hotels of all sizes. We stayed at this hotel in October and treated every room on the property. The old building did have some obvious visible problems, but I am cvonfident that the new owner has done a lot of work, and has plans for improving the property I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The owner was sincerely dedicated to make the guests here as happy as possible The old problems I read here appear to have been corrected. I consider it a good choice in my professional opinion M.P.McClure Pres SAN-ITY Inc. 757-235-3190

Never Again
By W D, 7/11/10
The web photo is definitely not this Inn. The Inn needs a lot of work, it is old, dingy, and haphazardly maintained. No effort on appearance. Needs serious work, not just TLC. I don't like other peoples' hair on my shower wall, hard to miss if you have any quality control in your supervision. Free breakfast was stale cereal, almost no milk, and nothing else by the time we got there. Explain to a 3 year old they have to wait an hour for breakfast because there is nothing to give them at the Inn! One would expect someone to refurbish the items, but again, apparently no supervision here either. Considering the Inn was booked up the days we were there it is obvious the management company is not concerned with my repeat business, there or anywhere in their Chain. I read the reviews before I booked this Inn, next time I will pay more attention, and pay more for the room as well. Nothing like having family visit you, from half-way across the country, only to stick them in a place like this. Never again will I stay in any Rodeway Inn, no matter how new it is. Never again. Yes, let me repeat, never again!!

NO HOT WATER
By Nikki, 3/29/10
the room was fine, until we woke up the next morning to take showers and there was no hot water, and the clerk at the front desk laughed at us about it, and did NOTHING about it, said that it was due to a bunch of ppl taking showers at once. And then when we waited an hour and still now hot water and checked out they said the broiler had broke, Did nothing for us at all to make us happy before we left, and Now looking at reviews posted on booking.com I noticed on March 10th there was a family that had no hot water, so I think this is a regular problem there....very untasteful place, not too bad to stay if you are a nasty person, but it makes me wonder how clean the linen is...

one step away from being a flophouse
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/20/09
the rooms were decrepit. the hallways dark and dank. the non-smoking room we were given was not always a non-smoking room since I could detect stale cigarette smoke. I was glad I had my flip flops because I did not want to walk on the carpet or the bathroom floor. We would have moved to another hotel if we had planned to stay more than one night. Don't stay here.

Worst Hotel stayed ever...!
By Prabhudev, 9/16/09
This was one of the worst hotel I stayed ever! Don't recommend even for $10 a day. Full of Bed Bugs in there, found the same in another room in same floor where my friend stayed. Never ever stay in this hotel.
