RIT Inn & Conference Ctr, Henrietta

I have stayed several times here and my rooms have been very clean and comfortable.The location to Strong memorial Hospital was easy to get to for me, who gets lost very easily. My only compaint was petals restuarant. They need to have someone who knows how to cook. I would be happy to show them. Over all stay was nice, just don't eat there. I would tell people to go there.

I've stayed several times at the RIT over the past 8 years. I'm never disappointed. On a most recent stay I found out that they had renovated. The bedding is great..it doesn't remind me of the questionable, filthy, scratchy bedding of any other hotel in this price range. I actually wasn't grossed out to use the bedspead. I definitely recommend it. We stayed on a weekend that there were 2 weddings..you never heard any noise from it. Other hotels we've stayed at have been noisy to all hours of the night..not here!! Staff is courteous and respectful, very willing to help. Will definitely stay here again.

I'm not sure where the previous writter stayed but it couldn't be the RIT Inn & Conference Center! I've stayed there at least 10 times a year for the past 3 years and I consistently experience a very genuinly friendly and courteous staff, a great value for my money (most rooms are $89-$99 a night) with all the ammenities I expect from a full service hotel. This is definetly the place to stay when in Rochester, NY!

I was staying here for over a week and for the first four days I woke up each morning with a different bite on my body. The bites were about the size of a dime. I started to question the other people staying with me and found that a good amount of them had the bites as well. The hotel said they found nothing. Because we were staying for an extended amount of time, the staff only cleaned our room three times, and even then it was not cleaned. The first time the sheets were changed they were put on inside out, which makes me doubt if they even changed them. I did not receive any clean towels this days either. The second time the room was cleaned my sheets were not even changed...they barely even made my bed. The sheets were stained and the rooms looked old and run down. I would not stay here ever again. This was the worst place I have ever stayed and having to stay for such a long amount of time was terrible

I have a great stay at the RIT Inn & Conf. Center. The staff were so pleasent and the property is very well kept. Definetly recommend to all.
