My Experience At Holiday Inn
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/12/08
My family and I (1 Teen, 1 Pre-Teen, 1 Husband) checked into the Holiday Inn, and headed for our room. There was two doubles. I didn't like that. My kids always fight about having to share a bed, and my son ended up sleeping on the floor. I also requested that a mini-fridge be in the room for my daughter's insulin; that didn't happen. I had to call room service.
The beds were very comfortable, however, the pilliows were a bit scratchy. Fine by me, I brought my own. I espically enjoyed reading my book by the window while the rest of the family slept in for a while.
Our family went down to the pool, and to our liking, discovered it wasn't to cold or to hot. My daughter was very happy when she discovered there was a deep end. Our time at the pool was pleasent; however when we exited the pool, all of the Hotel's towels were soaking wet on chairs. My kids and I hopped back in the now warm pool while we waited for my husband to return with new towels from the Hotel.
In conclusion, Holiday Inn is a good place to stay, but be prepared for some minor frustration. I'd go back again! :)
