Awful stay

It was the worst stay I ever experience. My best friend had worked with the hotel in ADVANCE to have her family and friends (over 80 people) stay at this hotel for her wedding weekend. Plus she had reserved a room for herself.
The rooms had not been cleaned by the time we checked in 3pm. Which we were suppose to be there by 12pm, but we were running late. To change for the rehearal. We said no problem, we had to run to get more things for the wedding be back in 30 minutes. When we came back 1 hour later, the rooms were still not done. By the time the rooms were still not clean by the time to go to rehearsal. They advertized a pool. THEY LIE!!!! THERE IS NO POOL. To make a long story short, this hotel was the worst part of my friends wedding. The poor girl had waited 42 years to get married and should had been treated like a princess. This hotel treated her like dirt. Her whole family stayed at the hotel. It was a lot of money spent for a terrible time.
