Americas Best Value Inn Clovis, Clovis

I booked this room on my was to ruidoso New Mexico. I had two rooms when we checked in the front desk clerk didnt have a clue as to what she was doing. I took 30 inutes for her to get the rooms. She didnt give me the two rooms I booked (sister is handicapped). so we had to get her upstairs. then her toilet didnt work had tiles missing from the tub walls. there was no remote and that was just her room!!!! My room has piss stains on the bedding. and now the hotel is saying they gave me the money back for both rooms and they did it with the credit card i used. Well I paid cash not by credit card . good thing I didnt.
