Ramada Inn Somerset, Somerset

I stayed with my family on Saturday7, The hotel staff were very nice, they have nice renovated rooms. The room were very clean.They have a nice size indoor pool, my kids had a great time using the pool, Price was veryreasonable

I went to a conference recently at the Ramada Inn Somerset. I was late getting to the conference and called to find out exact directions, once I got on 287. The clerk who answered the phone told me he could not give me directions to the hotel...literally told me he could not give me directions to the hotel...I asked for his manager and he tansfered my call to the bar. During the conference I had a cup of coffee from the hospitality suite. I used two creamers in my coffee only to finish the cup and find a large piece of card at the bottom of my cup. The hospitality suite was disgusting. It was an all day conference and the food tables were never refreshed. The cheese was moldy and the fruit had turned to mush. Equally annoying was the fact that the Ramada Inn sign on the side road was turned off and all the lights in the parking lot were off...very welcoming. I didn't stay in the rooms..and I am glad I didn't. Clearly this Ramada should be shut down. They are trying to drain what money they can out of it I guess...very sad...
