Avoid this property

I visited the Kenilworth Inn for a family gathering. We chose this property both for the convenient location and because of positive online reviews. It just shows you how wrong you can be.
My room was okay, although somewhat dingy and worn, and the climate control was pretty bad.
On the other hand, due to the lax security in the property--no security cameras, multiple unsecured doors from the outside to the guest areas--one of our party was robbed and her purse stolen.
Two other family members found extreme problems with filth, like stained pillowcases and a bath towel with a previous user's body hair all over it.
Out of the seven rooms we occupied, two were comped--one for the robbery, one for the filthy towel. Still, this was hardly an adequate compensation for management's gross failures.
My advice: stay away.
