i was treated rudely by the owners

the owners talked to me were rudely and embassed me in front of my daughter and other customers the sevice was lousy for the price i will never stay in one again or recommend them to anyone. i call choice hotels customer service to complain about them. they said they have no control over how the owners treat you. i would avoid choice hotels if i need to stay at a hotel in the future

This hotel was disgusting. The rugs were filthy. The room smelled horrible and like mildew. The bathrooms smelled like urine and the toilets were filthy. I asked to switch my room but they said they were sold out and could not accommodate us. I had to call 5 times for someone to bring me extra pillows and towels. Absolute slum and I wouldnt want my worst enemy to stay there!

What a dump

When I came into the lobby it was kind of clean. They told me that the rooms were not ready yet, I arrived early afternoon. Then when we went into the room it was very dumpy, the rugs were buckled and felt damp. I noticed mildew on the molding next to the bed. I wouldn't stay there or tell a friend to.

i didnt like the smell the room stunk the rug was dirty toilet was dirty the door looked like it was kicked in a few times we will never go back again that was the first and last time for us

you get what you pay for

I've stayed here 2 times and the third time was the "last", it was the location & rate that made me go back. But I rather pay more for the other hotels in the area. The walls are like paper, the bathroom tub had mildew and I actually heard something in the ceiling! Like a squrrel or racoon.
