It was OK. For this money - could be better breakfast

I for one can not believe this place would continue to employ such a rude person as we encountered in Reddy!!!! the "man" (the wrong thing to call him) was so incredibly rude to us it was unbelieveable. The rooms are NOT worth the price they charge for them, even if they are in a beautiful place such as Tahoe is. If you want a room like they show in the picture, make sure you specify you want a room on the OPPOSITE side of the street from the office, otherwise you will wind up in a real hole of a room!!!

my husband and i go to tahoe alot and just so happend to find this room online.it looked rundown when we got there but we gave it a shot. After we checked in they sent us accross the street to their other bulding which looked alot nicer so we were happy.we got to the room which was supposed to have a balcony but it wound up being a small space outside facing the parkinglot. We paid $15 extra for a fridge and microwave which was rediculous becasue that should have been included. The room said "spacious" on the online reservation and it wasnt.thr bahtroom was clean but very small. I have seen better hotels in the area for the price.what really got me was the next morning i was packing and spotted a bug on the pillow....totally freaked me out!!! Thats when i decided the next time i go to tahoe i wont be staying there....

I just recently stayed at this hotel in SLT. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out it was just great. Rooms were spacious. I even had a little kitchen in my room. I was out skiing all day and came back and enjoyed there hot tub which was very relaxing. The beds were really good and I got a good nite sleep after all day skiing. In the morning they had a really good HOT breakfast and the waffles were really yummy. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone. I am coming back and staying at this Great hotel when I come back to SLT..

Booked for 7 nights through Choice Hotels, checked on amenities by phone twice regarding room and the hot tub, since we ski hard and enjoy relaxing in a hot tub outdoors (preferred). Was told hot tub was working. Upon arrival we checked it our and yes, it bubbled, however water was cool. After 1st day skiing we stripped (brrr) to swimming suits, paddled across the road and after starting the tub for 15 minutes, by 30 minutes, the water probably got to 65-70 degrees. Not hot enough to jump in! We were disappointed and notified mgmt and Choice Hotels. The room was fine and clean, made up every day by thoughtful staff. Found the kitchenette very useful even though the microwave blew on first night -- replaced. Beds small but okay. Rate with discount excellent. Plow out after foot of snow good. Gratis breakfast supplies good, need a fruit choice, as orange and apple juice machine produced watery drinks. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus to ski area lifts on corner near motel. Quiet, with good sleeping conditions. Would return IF hot tub was hot and working as advertised/ stated by mgmt. We heard other patries complaining about wanting the hot tub. We left after 4 nights to another location WITH a hot tub/heated pool and thoroughly enjoyed the last days of vacation (from NY).

The Bed sheets were filthy and so were the pillows we had to ask the manager to give us another room. The Front Desk people were Rude Breakfast also sucked. This people were careless about making customer happy. Sleep in you car Instead.

Rooms dirty and bed hard as a rock. one very thin blanket; No coffee in room as promised. had to argue to get a refridgerator and denied a microwave unless we wanted to pay $15 more even though it was listed as a aminenty. dog barking next room. Their breakfast starts at 7 and ends at 9 am. what about the people who gamble late and want to sleep in? Very rude people behind desk. Saw several people walk out. wish I had went went them. Am going to try and get money back for tomorrow night. We have traveled in our 39 yrs of marraige and this has to be the worst dump we have stayed in. The one we accidently , the dog is back barking again. stayed at that you could of rented by the hour (we didn't find that out til the next morning) was quieter, cleaner, and at least had coffee in the room. I hope everyone stays away from this very unfriendly motel. I would rate it a minus 10

My fiance and I had found this hotel over the internet for their great Heavenly Package Deal. On arriving,we were ignored at the front desk and had a hard time getting any straight answers from the employees. They were vague about the Lift Tickets, and charged us some "secret fee". Heading to our room, we were greeted with an enourmous pile of garbage that lined the entrance. It consisted of old pizza and bags and bags of mysterious contents... Entering our room, we were greeted with a trail of ants that patrolled into our bathroom. The room smelled of something old and long forgotten. Wanting desperatly to get out, we then headed out to the hotels proclaimed "private beach", which technically wasn't a lie- it was a private beach, just not theirs. We looked at the lakes shoreline longingly through an iron rod fence. Needless to say, don't EVER go here.

We paid almost $100 to stay here after a travel website made this look like a decent hotel. The room was filthy, there were ants in the bathroom, stains on the walls and carpets and the furniture was falling apart. When we complained at the front desk about how small and dirty the room was, we were offered to move to a bigger room for a small upgrade $35. After a few choice words they backed down. The parking lot was completely full, we ended up parking illegaly. The place was a dump. Don't be fooled

I was very disappointed with this hotel at South Lake Tahoe. We paid over $100 a night. The stairs and hallways were in such disrepair and just looked filthy. The room was small and the floor was so dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. Further more, I had 32 bed bugs bites all over my body and face. I don't recommend anyone stay in that motel.
