Not Impressed
By Wendy B, 11/29/08
The front desk staff was awful!! You could tell he just did not want to be there. Hotel is dated and the pics make it look nicer than it really is. Won't be coming back.

I went with a friend it was amazing!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/20/08
I liked the pool and the weight room. I would love to go back sometime soon because of teh wonderful food they have. All of my friends loved the way the room was and the TV was perfect for everyone. And everyone needs a TV right. I can't wait to have my family come with me next time I go. I recommend this place to anyone that likes hotels!

A STINKY VALUE
By advisoroneo, 01/29/08
This place is a good value but you diffently need to be aware of a few things. My non-smoking room smell like there is a smoker right outside my door blowing smoke through the 2 inch gap at the bottom of the door. In addition, the decoration of this hotel is dated back to early-mid eighties with the exception of the showerhead which nice and recently replaced. The linens are very worn. THe conforter has burns in it from probably a cigarette. Stayed here from Jan.27-29, 2008 in room 314.

Never stay here!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/15/07
This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I had to ask for help at the front desk before I was told they lost my reservation. It took about 45 minutes to find me a room and when we went up to the room it had not been cleaned! When I told the front desk staff they told me they would have to find me another room because housekeeping had gone home for the day (at 2:00pm). 30 minutes later we were put in a smoking room with smaller beds and the carpet was soaked from the air conditioner. The front desk told us the advantage was we get a fridge and a microwave-which were not in the room. I was so fed up by that point I didn't complain. My grandma and uncle both had problems with their keys-5 attempts each with 5 different keys that didn't work. Everytime we went down to complain we would have to wait in line behind at least 3 other people needing to complain about something. One lady was complaining because they had given her a key to a room that already had people staying in it! The front desk staff were so rude and the rooms were terrible-never never never stay here!!!!

would never go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/16/07
There was not anything about this hotel that we liked. There was trouble from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. We were staying there for a wedding that we came to and what a disappointment. The rooms were old and nothing in them worked. The front desk people were not trained and the owner himself should be ashamed as he was yelling at an employee in his office behind the check in desk. All I can say is awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overpriced, rude staff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/24/06
The worst thing about this place was the staff...for example when we told them that the toaster was broken (they have toast and cereal and coffee for breakfast) the clerk seemed uninterested, unsympathetic and even that we were annoying her just by letting her know. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. We stayed here because it was '2 blocks' to the train station but the walk was actually 15 to 20 minutes. The walls had cracks in them and were really dingy. Have stayed in cheaper hotels and had a much better experience. Stay elsewhere!!!!!
