We were lied to.

When we called the motel to book a room, we were told we didn't have to confirm our reservation because there were plenty of rooms for the night we wanted. We were quoted a rate of $53/night, and were told they had a continental breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel about 7 hours later, the best rate thay would give us was $56.50, and we were told they had a coffee pot in the morning, & no continental breakfast, but they did have discount coupons good at area restaurants nearby. Since it was 1 A.M. we stayed there anyway. The room was very large, but the mattress was soft & lumpy. The shower had good water pressure, but the shower head was so low you had to lean over to wash the shampoo out of your hair. The towels were very thin so they were quickly saturated with water after you used them to dry off with after a shower. There was only one little bar of soap for the whole room. Also, the motel still used room keys to open the door to your room.
