Great for the price

I got a room here in the off season, a few days before Thankgiving. I negoitiated the price of the room and they seemed happy to come down. I travel a lot and the room looked cleaner than most for the price. Have flat screen 24"TV's with HBO channel and a comfortable bed. My room had a refer., too. Very quiet even though it was pretty close to a major road. The front desk was fiendly and helpful. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about, but OK. These older Super 8's are built well, have good insulation in the walls, and the interior hallways are a must in colder climates. Have to climb stairs, though, for all levels.

OK to stop Poor Wifi

They were not booked so we got a better rate than most in Missoula. The room was normal for these hotels, but the ground floor is half in the basement - no way to get in without stairs. The Wifi was pittiful - I finally got 100X better speed by going dial-up to my national ISP. Continential breakfast with sweet rolls, toast, coffee, and juice. Not the excellent breakfast you can get at some others.

Great Value for the Money!

Tired of paying ridiculous prices for a place to sleep? Try this hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff was great, and the location was quiet. They had in-room coffee and a comfortable bed. It's not the newest hotel in Missoula but is well maintained. The hallway had an orangelike scent but was not noticeable in the rooms. The service by the staff is what makes this hotel great.

High and Dry

At 8pm, after 400 miles from Cody WY with 6 kids under 10, we found that this hotel had not managed to keep our reservation from 2 days prior. I had a confirmation # and dictated directions. No rooms, no help and no manager. No other hotels in town had 2 beds in one room either. (MSU game) We had to drive another 3 hours to Spokane. So unless you have good friends within 200 miles that can house 8 people on short notice, I would find a more reliable hotel.

Quiet and affordable

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Best value for the lowest price in town. Internet access on wireless almost impossible due to weak signal. A hard wired computer for guest access could be a better solution...

Can't beat the price for what you get!

Very affordable, clean, continetal breakfast and the location is very good. Montana Club accross the street for dinner or lunch, excellent food and modern, rustic atmosphere.
