Super 8 Great Falls, Great Falls

I loved my stay at the Super 8 in Great Falls! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby and halls were immaculate, and my room was perfect! Seems like they fixed a lot of the problems that are described in these previous reviews! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Its a great location and affordable!

Hotel was dirty overall, hallways crowded with vending and ice machine as well as spare tables and chairs, probably a fire code violation. Breakfast area had seating for 24 and room for 8. A/C didn't cool the room. If you use the bar soap they provide they do not provide additional soap on a 3 night stay. No toilet paper in the room on check-in. The towels all smelled of tobacco smoke as it appears everyone who works here smokes. Took almost 20 minutes to check out, they changed the rate (increased) after I checked in, they did correct this though. The clerk was unable to change the charge from the card I reserved the room with to another credit card. As I regularly travel to Great Falls I will not stay here again ever. The only good thing is my wife was not with me so I don't have to listen to the I told you so's for my obvious error in judgment. Now the good news, the clerk that checked me in was very friendly. Sorry, that was all of the good news but we ended on a happy note, right?

The only thing nice about this Super 8 is it's location. The room was dirty, the floors were filthy and not even vacuumed well, the sheets were so thread bare and thin, we requested a no smoking room, it was obvious people smoked in it by the ashes on the window sill. There wasn't a microwave, fridge or even a coffee pot. It's out last time ever staying in a Super 8.

We booked over the phone after seeing an ad on the internet and the price was very cheap. The motel was very close to the shopping mall--which we liked. The rooms are very basic but seemed fine and were clean. A/C/heater did not work well in our room. The staff were friendly and gave us directions to several places. The continental breakfast was quite good--it included waffles but some fresh fruit would have been appreciated.

These people are scam artists and don't care about the customers at all. The desk workers and manager are the rudest people I've ever met. The rooms are barely cleaned....were we scammed for an extra night! What a black eye for the Super 8 name!

Did not like anything about the place, they charged over 80 dollars plus an extra ten for my small dog. Will never stay in this chain again. The room was dirty and noisy and some of the staff looked as seedy as the room did. If my 83 yr. old mother was not exhausted we would not of stayed in this room. I can hardly believe that such a large chain would not inspect and demand some min. standards to be meet. Never Again!!

Booked the room days in advance including rewards number. Quoted 56.00 a night. Assigned a room being repaired initially. Was begrudgingly moved to another room that was filthy and no amenities. Stayed there for two nights. When checking out I had to pay over $60.00 per night. I'm not sure how much over the quoted amount was that they charged me... it's on my bank statement. But, I paid it and was just happy to get out of there. Staff was odd and unfriendly. This motel is a dive! I'm not staying there again. In fact, if Super 8 doesn't start cleaning their act up I'm going to start avoiding the entire chain. Oh yeah, and the rewards points weren't awarded to my account... Stay away from this one. I felt like I had to sleep with one eye open.

Even if this was the cheapest place in town, it would not be worth staying here. The rooms do not seem to be cleaned between guests, and when arrived in our room there was a pair of crumpled brown socks on the floor between the bed and the wall. If anyone had even attempted to change the sheets, the socks would have been noticed. Breakfast is very limited and that area did not appear clean either. A friend of mine (who stayed in another room the same weekend) woke up with pink eye, which she thought she had probably gotten from the sheets on her bed. I will never stay here again!

This place was absolutely filthy. The staff was creepy and tried to tell us that they could not refund our money when we walked out. We tried switching rooms due to (pubic) hair in the bathroom, only to find it worse in the second. Did not feel safe or secure and would have rather slept in the car then stay there.

This place was filthy and over priced. The staff was creepy and unfriendly. I could not wait to leave and considered sleeping in my car. The cancelation policy was the only reason I stayed it was awful!
