Is this the same hotel?

I sure do not agree with any of the other reviews. We changed a reservation at another Livingston hotel to this Best Western to save a few dollars. Best Western is usually fine, but this one is pretty bad. The front desk staff was preoccupied and rude during check in. We drove around back and parked, coming in through a rear door. As we were coming a woman was staring at me like she had never seen anyone come into a hotel with luggage in tow. My partner told me she was one of the front desk people (I had stayed outside making a call while he checked us in)and I guess she had never seen two men get a room with one king bed. If that was the reason for the stare, she better get out of the hotel business, even in a small town in Montana!!
Our room was off of the indoor pool. It is very depressing. A dome ceiling room with NO windows or light. Also hot and full of chlorine smell. Out comment was "who would want to swim there". The room was of a good size, but no art work on the walls or any other warm touches. The bath was fine, and the room was overall clean enough. The water runs hot and cold. And I do mean COLD. The water finally turns hot and you think you can wash or shower, but it will then turn COLD. It goes back and forth.
The room was supposed to have wireless internet, but we could not access it. A call to the front desk was no help. We were told that all we could do was call the 800 number for the internet provider. Well, we did not have time to waste on that, so did without internet. An irritation when you are supposed to be provided with it.
The air conditioner was noisy and made a lot of noise when it shut off and turned on, which it did all night long.
Breakfast was the worst I have had since the Best Westerns started providing it. A limited selection of stale food.
Overall, this place is to be avoided!!
You can do much better in Livingston, and a few miles up the road is Boiseman, with lots of nice hotels.
