Almost unbelievable...
The entire place was infested with bugs - looked like small beetles - not as big as cockroaches, but similar. Upon checking in very late (3:30 am), I found approximately 20-30 dead or dying critters in my ground floor room. The front desk attendant would neither contact management, clean my room of the insects, or grant me another room (all options later related to me by management as things she could have done). Ended up napping in my car for a couple hours. The room was prepaid and, as of today, no refund has been granted. Both management and the very unhelpful night attendant minimized my concerns and were most inconsiderate.
I've stayed in some pretty low-rent places while traveling by myself - this is the absolute worst experience that I can recall.
Minor issue - free in-room internet connection advertised in Lobby was non-existent. Though I did avail myself of their lobby business center at 4am on the night in question to send a helpful letter to Ramada Corporate.
