NASTY
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/11/09
This was the filthist place I have ever stayed. It is in desparate need of alot of TLC and updating. The rooms were dirty, curtains filthy and falling off the rods and walls, the tub was rusty, and it looked like the windows had never ever been washed. I never showered and nothing ever touched the floors!! You get what you pay for!

It's Cheap But is it the Best Deal???
By Gordon, 08/19/08
Be very careful about staying here. The price may be among the best but you may “pay more” in other ways. For example, we had to endure cold showers at night and in the morning. The airport shuttle took a long time to come although we were told just 5-10 minutes. That was both when we were waiting at the hotel to go to the airport and then when we called to be picked up at the airport. To be fair, the place does have some benefits. The free breakfast is the most generous I have ever experienced. You get a voucher for 2 pancakes, 2 sausages, and eggs at the restaurant next door. You also get to leave your car there for free for up to a week. Those perks are definitely worth something. If the place can get it's hot water heater fixed and be a little more timely on the shuttle then I'd say the place is worth a stay if you don't mind a hotel that's older and less fancy.

BUGS IN THE BEDS...
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/06/08
I will never stay at this hotel again...probably never a Quality Inn again. Our rooms were old and dirty. One bed's sheets were stained with blood. I woke up covered in bites from bugs that we actually found in the bed. The breakfast was stale and the cream cheese was seperated it was so old. The staff wasn't even helpful when we reported all these problems, so we spent a morning of vacation trying to book a new room and getting our laundry dry cleaned.

Never Again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/02/08
The front desk personal were very friendly but that's all I can say good. First, when we tried to find a parking space to get to the room which was on the inside of the property, there was none. We had to park clear on the other side and walk around. Then once in the room it had a very bad pet odor. My grandson then found dog food bits under the bed as well as other snack foods. There was hair in the tub and crude around the base of the bathroom. The carpet was damp and musty. My one and only stay here. And, all night people were coming and going with loud talking right outside of my room. Oh yeah, these are outside entrances, 2 story and no elevator. So if you are looking for a place to stay in St Louis I would recommend another place.

Not for a family
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/29/08
I travel somewhat frequently for pleasure with my family- no huge expensive vacations, but a get away to relax and swim. This hotel looked nice on the internet, BUT it was too dirty to swim in the pool, or go in the hot-tub. I did go in the exercise room--it was very modest, but the problem was that there were leaves and dirt everywhere...the paint is literally falling off of the walls. I was entirely deflated-- my child cried--and I was afraid of the set-up as we were on the main floor--and all doors are on the outside! We had windows at waist level or lower.........not that safe. Everything worked out ok in the end, we are alive:) BUT we will not stay there again-- we love the Quality Inn in Bloomington IL--but this one was a tragedy.

Good Motel to stay at in St. Louis
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/14/07
I liked how the there was everything that a person would needed at a motel. They have Cable TV with Wireless internet in each room. There is an indoor pool, workout room, breakfast, restaurant, and many attractions close to the motel. It is also off the interstate so it is easy to get to the places.

I will never go back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/27/07
The showers was nasty, with lots of hair in it whenever we first arrived. We stayed in our room #127 for 2 nights, after housekeeping cleaned the first time, they didn't get the hair that was in there the first time out. The floor was wet from the refrigerator. There was a lot of noise from the next door neighbor. This has taught my husband & I to tour our room before be accept to stay in the hotel room. We did enjoy the pool area & the steam room. The convience of the restrauant was good & the location.

Excellent stay for cheap!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/26/05
The continental breakfast was wonderful, not your ordinary cereal and juice; biscuits and gravy, pastries, and waffles. Location!! Easy to find off of the interstate, nearby restaurants and walmart. Nice hotel for cheap, nice indoor pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly for the most part. The only thing I didn't like was the outside corridors, but we were able to park in front of our room. Had problems with our room keys not working, but that problem was solved immediately.
