ROOMS: Quiet because of extra sound insulation, no central air within the hallways which makes the room a little stuffy, has microwave BREAKFAST: Biscuits Gravy every morning POOL AREA: Decent size, max. 5 feet deep, lots of chlorine, fitness room has working treadmill, ski machine, weight machine. Mini golf course is free. IMMEDIATE AREA: Snap Dragon restaurant and a gas station across street. Subway and movie theatre across other street.

We checked in on Sunday afternoon and they didn't know who we were or if we even had reservations. I don't like to give hotels my credit card info. so I told them that i was paying with cash. They wouldn't let me pay it all up front and every day I would pay I felt like they were trying to push us out of the room because they said that they had someone else booked for that particular room. My brother also tried to check in and they tried to say that he didn't make reservations. The free breakfast was okay. Housekeeping was a hot and cold thing. Somedays you didn't have to worry about it but other days you had to call and ask for them to come to your room. The last saturday we were there my brother and new sister in law had reservations to stay there on their wedding night. They went to check in and they said because the didn't check in by a certain time they gave their room away. So after sitting in our room for a little while and calling other hotels they decided to go back down to the front desk and see what they could do. They managed to get a room for $89 that night. The next morning my brother went to the front desk to talk to the manager. The manager to my brother that the guy he dealt with the night before told him that my brother and sister in law told him that they were going to go down to my room and talk to their family and never returned after they had cleaned a room for them. After that my brother set them straight and asked how he would get a room key then if that was the case. I know next year when we go back out to visit my brother and sister in law we will NOT be staying here ever again.

We decided to try out the Comedy club as a group. The service was terrible! The waitress stole about $100 from us. She took the money each person put on the table as a tip and then charged extra to one person's card. We contacted the General Manager who apologized and offered us free dinner or free comedy show tickets for future. We told him we would get back to him to confirm. After three emails and countless phone calls he has still not returned our calls. On numerous occasions when calling the front desk at the motel no one answered the phone.
