Nice Place!

This is a surprisingly large hotel! It doesn't look like it from the front, but they have a large pool (clerk told me it was the biggest one in the area) a HUGE pool area with poolside rooms, several conference rooms, a bar, restaurant (very inexpensive), nice lobby with a fireplace. My room was clean, had a brand new mattress, a microwave and refrigerator, coffeemaker, etc. Best of all no ramp like the downtown hotels. I like it. I'm here right now for a meeting and they clearly know what they're doing.

There was food left in the refrigerator from the previous guest and a cleaning cloth left in the bathroom- we asked for extra pillows and were told their was a pillow shortage- our sister's room had a leak in the ceiling. We were told we were "upgraded" but it was the same exact room as our sister's who had not been "upgraded".

We didn't try

We did not stay at the hotel and ended up canceling the room because the hotel was very busy and the pool area was very full.

I Couldn't Wait To Leave

This hotel was not a pleasant stay. The lobby is very nice, but they haven't given any care beyond that. The restaurant off of the lobby is okay. The rooms are dirty (tile in bathroon and carpet). However, the worst part was the pool. The railings are falling apart from rust and the pool was dirty. The water didn't smell good and if you got any in your mouth, you would throw up. It was salty!!
