Wonder where they got their "four stars"
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/18/10
We travel quite a bit to Ann Arbor and usually stay at the Kensington Court but had heard good things about Webers so thought we would give it a try. The room was small, the bathroom even tinier, nothing except the lobby was particularlier clean or "deluxe" We stayed a "boutique hotels" and this one gives the term a bad name. The lounge was dirty and smokey and the bartenders and wait staff had an attitude. They need to take the claim of one of "Ann Arbors Finest" off their ads!

Never Again
By joelr, 11/19/09
Had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. There was a noise problem in the middle of the night, and the soundproofing of the room was deficient as was management's response. If you can't get a good night's sleep in a hotel, what's the point of staying there? And what is the value of the room. Not much.

Nice but double check rate
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/27/09
THOUGHT I booked a one night Cafe Suite package for $360 ($60 more than the going rate which I thought was due to it being a special event weekend). When I arrived, I asked how to go about using the meal/drink credits that come with the package. The guy behind the counter said to just charge your meals and drinks to the room, and the credits would be applied. When I check out, my total was $480 (we spent about $90 total on dinner, drinks, and breakfast). When I asked why the meal and drink credits were not applied, they said they never have packages on special even weekends. So, I spent $60 more on a room "package" due to it being a special weekend and did not get the perks of a package. It would have been nice for me to know...but even better if the guy behind the counter knew what he was talking about.

Customer Service is NOT DEAD!
By Carnivore, 03/03/09
My wife and I stayed at Weber's for an extended weekend. What a place! The drive is only a few miles from downtown Ann Arbor and U of M. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and courteous and would go out of their way to help make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you want to eat at the restaurant make sure you make a reservation. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There were several wedding parties and receptions. Thankfully they were mostly well contained and didn't disturb our stay. The pool area is adults only from 10p-midnight, there were some children still running around during that time but I saw none actually in the pool or hot tub. I am anxious to stay again in the summer but am a little apprehensive about the increased number of wedding parties. We'll see about that.

GREAT TIME!!
By , 02/25/09
My fiance and i walked in spontaneously after dinner in Ann Arbor and got a really nice room for a great discount (king size for queen price) The room was very clean with a really comfortable bed and a large screen tv. We went to the club and had a great time dancing to a band playing 80's music. The band was fantastic...i would stay there again and recommend it if you just want to get away for a night.

I was a great get away ....I will be back..
By Consumer audit, 02/16/09
We liked everything except dont get a balcony room unless its on the top floor if you want privacy... The other balconys spiral into your balcony...not good... Otherwise, we had a great time, great dinner, and awesome band (scoot mcgoo band) I recommend! everyone was very friendly also.

New Years Eve was Great!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/12/09
Our family stayed at Weber's with the package deal with poolside rooms on New Years Eve. It was alot of fun, great buffet dinner, and entertainment throughout the evening was fun! Great safe way to enjoy the holiday and the extra room to be used another time was incentive to come back.Weber;s is truly a classy and wonderful place to stay, eat and enjoy yourself!! Jane Spence and family
