Americas Best Inn Grand Rapids, Grand Rapids

Well I didnt really like anything...There was peanut butter from privious guests...shower didnt work, heater either! lipstick on the pillowcase and some funky stains...Gang graffiti on walls pills in the nightstand...people screaming in other rooms.... smoke detector was on the chair not opperational....holes in the wall Disgusting... and they wouldnt refund our money.... I wouldnt stay here at all, to worried to even check out the pool. Dirty Nasty and just plain gross..i wouldnt even give them one star! turn around and find another place....any place else!

My wife and drove onto the property and decided then that we didn't want to stay here. We went inside the lobby to check things out and as we opened the door we could smell an awful odor. We went to the front desk and canceled our reservation. We will not book any reservations at the America's Best Inn properties, nor will we recommend anyone to stay there.
