Dark Rooms, Slippery Bath Tubs, Leaking Taps
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/15/09
After spending 16 years of my life in the Hotel Industry if some one asks me how would I rate Hilton Windsor then my answer would be "Shut that hotel down or Fire the General Manager/Rooms Division Manager and Human Resources Manager. The hotel is suffering because of these three people. I would make GM and HR responsible for the Worst employee attitude and Rooms Division for the Room standard. I have never seen so nasty people ever ever in my life.

Worst Hotel in the world
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/02/09
Found this hotel as the worst managed hotel in the world - Staff has a bad attitude, definately not a customer friendly. Would never even want to see the hotel ever in my life. The upper management staff has ruined the hotel's reputation badly. Would not recommend it to any friend.

great get-a-way
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/24/08
Terrific location. View was incredible from 17th floor. Service by entire staff was excellent. Very nice room. Comfortable bed. Great swimming pool. We got the "bed and breakfast" special. The breakfast buffet was really excellent. Would definitely return and recommend it.

Once a year!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/14/07
I thought the place was awesome. We had no problem with anything at the hotel. The view was amazing, and it was easy to walk to clubs and bars BY FOOT! I go back at least once a year.

We keep going back...
By Scott, 01/09/06
This was our second stay at the Windsor Hilton in the last year. The hotel is clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great. We go for Casino Windsor and it's only about 4 blocks away. The beds at the Hilton are the real kicker. They are the most comfortable beds we've found at a hotel. You pay a little more that some other hotels, but we think it's worth the extra $20-$40.

Close to everything!
By Thomas, 09/16/05
This is a great Hotel if you want to be close to the action in Windsor. Featuring a spectacular view of the Detroit River and city skyline. The Riverside park is right outside the front door where a leisurely stroll can take you to the Casino or the strip where the nightlife abounds. The rooms are clean and the service from the staff was impeccable. The Pool and Spa & Fitness area also offers a view of the river which is very unique. The Bar and Lounge are warm and inviting, they even offer Pizza Hut pizza served piping hot to your table or to your room. What else could you ask for! I would certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Windsor area.

A good location and a good hotel.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/13/05
I liked the location and the view of the Detroit Skyline (Detroit looks better from the Windsor side). I liked the river walk and park areas just outside of the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had nice amenities, but it was not remarkable. The service was good, but not great. The staff was not rude, but neither did they go out of their way to be friendly. Overall I enjoyed the hotel, but the price is not a discount.

not bad
By ravi, 05/29/05
given the other hotels in the area, I think this is the place I would chose to stay at again. Slightly pricey but decent rooms and a comfortable walk to the casino.

The view was awesome!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/20/05
The room service was slow. The view of the lake was wonderful! Parking was not the greatest.
