Looks can be very deceiving

I booked this room so my kids could have a little fun swimming during break. I was very disappointed. The hotel is run down and the hallways have tearing wallpaper all the way down. The comforter in our room had black tar all over it. The door doesnt lock very safely...it locks but you can push the door in quite a bit. My kids were actually scared to stay there. Not kid friendly nor worth the money...We stayed at the Baymont instead much better and cheaper!
 
 
 
 
 
i stayed for a week and enjoyed it greatly!

i was really impressed with this place for the value of my money. we had breakfast included everyday.the staff couldnt have been more friendly.the room was cleaned everyday and restocked with items.the pool and spa area could use some renovation but was very relaxing. the only thing i would recommend is installing a microwave and fridge in each room.
 
 
 
 
 
Lots of room!

We thought that the Quality Inn was priced as per what the working person can afford these days along with anyone who wants to travel more than once a year. It was very clean with great food an excellent breakfast buffet and complimentary breakfast also. The staff were very helpful answering questions and also very knowledgable opf teh surrounding area businesses. Lots of options at an excellent price, Don't change this as this will keep us coming back. All you need now is a Massage thereapist on weekends and she'll be booked definately in the winter. Improving everyday

I stay at the Quality Inn in Gaylord, Michigan quite often on business. Recently it seems there has been a change in the management and because of such a change is slowly moving through the place as well. The place is undergoing small improvements everyday it looks. The place is cleaner then it most I have stayed at and the staff is friendly and helpful. I like what is going on here and hope to see what happens next. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a nice place at a reasonable dollar.

After all "It's Gaylord"

The Quality Innn is a great value, clean rooms, great location, frendly folks, free food, It's not the Hilton but your not paying the same fare either. I've stayed their before and will stay again.
