My husband and I recently spent the Christmas weekend at the Orchards, what a delightful experience, from checkin to checkout was simply wonderful, professional but very friendly and absolute attention to detail from the sleeping areas to the dinner areas, very clean linens, beautiful and generous amounts of everything, can't say enough about the place, both modern and antique decor, gym you name it, we were particularly impressed to see "Managers" who actually cared enough to ask how is everything on more than one occasion, impressive, the staff was out of this world nice, don't want to call names because you forget someone's name and that's not good, so we just want to say kudos to all, and we'll definitely be back, and we've already told some of our friends what a great time we had, and we plan to bring 2 friends of ours for a weekend soon, sorry we couldn't make it back for the New Year, but I'm fighting a cold, so Happy New year and I'm sure everyone who's there will have a great time, while we were there they were planning for a fantastic evening. Then one thing we didn't like was the rain had washed away a lot of the snow the same day we came, so we didn't get to see the snow capped mountains, but one of the staff told us about Jiminy Peak ands we went there and had a blast, including hot cider to stay warm. Great all round vacation, see you at the Orchards, the cool place to be.
