Credit card users BeWaRe!
By Deb, 12/14/09
We prepaid our 2-night stay on 12/1/2008 for our 8/5-8/5/2009 stay. On 12/10/2009 our credit card was charged just out of the blue over $400 from Crowne Plaza. When we booked in 12/2008, it was the Sheraton and by the time we got there in 8/2009 it had been sold to Crowne Plaza. Somewhere in the change of hands, there was careless bookkeeping done, and now I am left to fight getting the $400 removed from my credit card.

Are You Kiddig Me!!
By SelinaA, 07/19/09
This hotel was a nightmare from the start! Poorly located and in desperate need of an upgrade - no hair dryer in the bathroom, but a phone jack! How '80's! The a/c clicks on and off loudly all night, adding to the noise from the tpke, which is already atrocious, hence the earplugs, lavender linen spray and 'relaxation cd' in the room. The staff was surly and obnoxious, acting as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there, and the prices in the on-site restaurant are outrageous!! $6.00 for a bowl of oatmeal and $11.00 for a burger? Thank heaven Dunkin Donuts is across the street for breakfast, then it's off to find somplace else to eat the other meals! And parking was $15.00 a night in an unguarded parking garage!! I wouldn't stay here again for any reason and I certainly would not want to inflict this place on anyone else!! Bulldoze it and try again!! It's not worth your time to stay here at the prices they charge - do yourself a huge favour and book another hotel, you'll be much happier!! Why, they must be the only hotel in Mass. that doesn't have the full cable package, even in the on-site bar/restaurant -- no Red Sox game coverage!! That's sacrilege!!

Watch out
By Jan, 07/10/09
We booked our rooms at a great rate and paid in advance. When we checked out, they added another $90 plus taxes for each night. We thought it was straighten out when we left, but suprise, suprise it was on our Visa bill.

Do yourself the favor and stay somewhere else.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/21/08
Stuck at this hotel for business travel. Dirty rooms. Decor from the early 80's. Looks like that's when the rugs were last cleaned. Electrical outlets give return shocks. Nasty staff who aren't interested in helping the customers. Parking attendant absolutely rude and disrespectful. Don't eat in the restaurant! I'm sure they haven't figured out why there's never more than 3 people in there at a time. Food is undercooked, lacks taste, and is grossly over priced. Midge, the hostess in the club room, is the only bright spot! Exercise room is adequate, but not well-cleaned. Rooms are noisy. Room shakes each time the train comes through. Who designed this place?

good location, bad price
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/01/07
convenient location... confortable bed, poor service, very low quality room - for the price. The noise from the train and motorway was tolerable, but the construction noise wasn't. For the price, I would definitely recommend somewhere else.

DIRTY
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/22/07
Dirty, filthy hotel with a excellent staff. Strange mix. The room service is overpriced and is lacking in both selection and quality. The carpets looks like came from the inside of a dog kennel.

Quiet ideal location over the Mass Turnpike
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/04/06
The location was perfect for our family visit especially with the inclement weather which made our location strategic. The staff were very helpful; however, one of the guests conducted his middle manangement level business (a wireless telephone company salesman on the cell phone) at the breakfast table--pathetically calling clients that he was "moving on" and that someone else will replace him! He was there when we left and we hoped that we didn't intrude on his private conversations which continued during our entire time at breakfast.
