Stayed with my 10 year old daughter for 2 nights. Very convenient since it was down the road from American Girl. Shopping center nearby. Room was great, beds were awesome. Terrific staff. Indoor pool had a certified lifeguard, not a usual thing for hotels. Will definitely make the trip again and stay in this hotel!!

A/C was loud. The bed wasn't comfortable. Hallways were stuffy. The staff wouldn't help. I wouldn't stay help.

Came to stay here last night after calling ahead several days ago to inquire about their internet access. We own several businesses and need a wired T1 line to transmit various customs documents overseas that consist of massive quantities of photos, inventory archives etc. They called me back and told us that they did have t1 wired connectivity in the rooms. Came here and they do not have it. No, instead I was informed that I misunderstood - their telephone system is on a t1 line system, but no internet, they just have wireless. The whole reason we stayed here is null and void, but they offer nothing to us for the massive inconvenience. Wireless internet is insecure, and not to be used for sending anything sensitive. In addition the staff is lousy, the female at the front desk could barely be bothered to look up from her HP laptop to check us in. The manager could not be reached at 10pm by this employee to resolve the problem adequately. The main building looks like it has not been renovated in 40 years, wallpaper is peeling off, trim is broken all through the hallways, and to distract you from this someone has scotch-taped "Please excuse us while we conduct renovations" black and white printouts all over the walls. The printouts look 2 years old. It is a SCARY building. Nothing works properly here. They offered us their "Conference Room" to placate us. In this unfurnished and dingy "conference" room there are 2 wired T1 lines (which it took a TON of complaining for them to even admit they had and offer to us). But guess what neither one works! The $90 price tag (with a AAA discount) is outrageous for this sad excuse for a hotel. For $55 you can stay within several miles of Framingham and have better amenities, i.e. a fridge and microwave in your room (this hotel wants $5 for a microwave in your room and $5 more for a fridge). Talking with the manager in the morning resolved nothing - he offered nothing in compensation for our troubles and was surly and argumentative. The fact that his own employees gave us false information about the room amenities moved him in no way. Also numerous rowdy and loud teenagers running through the halls until 3am. Calls to the front desk did not help. Horrendous
