Very clean. Bed and Breakfast feel.

It has just been remodeled. It is very clean, quiet, and pleasant. The service is great. The room was large and comfortable. New modern bathroom with a large granite countertop. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The A/C was built into the ceiling on teh 2nd floor so it is very quiet! They have a bar and restaurant that is open nightly from 5:30-9PM. It is located just up the street from Edgartown. It tales about 10 min to walk into town. The only things missing are a pool or jacuzzi, or workout room. I would also like to have an outside garden area to sit and rest. Great value. I would visit again. My friends are planning to visit next month!

A bag of toys I purchased for my granddaughter mysteriously disappeared from the room. I was told it "probably looked like trash". Nice place but SO angry I know I won't go back.

I loved the convenience and the price. It was comfortable, and perfect for a two-night getaway off-season. We could walk to the boat, and it was great.
