Rooms with a GREAT view!
By ,
I stayed here with a company party. I loved the fact that it is right in the middle of downtown, and within walking distance to some major attractions such as the Hard Rock Cafe and ESPN Zone. If you want to go dancing, to the Baltimore Improv, Howl at the Moon, or the Baltimore Aquarium, it's all less than a 5 minute walk away! Make sure you get a room facing the famous Baltimore Inner Harbor!

Hyatt Regency

We very much like the location! Beautiful view of the Baltimore Harbor via glass elevator! Food was good but expensive and small portions. Not organic or vegan friendly. Bring your own food or have a salad (which I did). Please note this visit was in April 2009

The location was right there on the inner harbor, and the rooms were very nice and clean. I didn't like the fact that they didn't offer free internet service, after all, the room was $300 per night.

Hyatt at Inner Harbor
By ,
The Hyatt Regency on the beautiful inner harbor of Baltimore is perfectly located for all of the attractions that abound in the area. The Hotel itself is attractive and modern with exceptional service and amenities. Rooms are spacious with daily, descrete maid service. Although one of the most expensive hotels at the harbor, it is worth the expense because of the location, service and resrauants.

Luxury at its best
By ,
Great views and location on the Inner Harbor. Top floor restaurant has great food and good views of the intriguing harbor below. Glass front building is attractive architecture and the over the street walks connecting the hotel with the busy Inner Harbor are attractive and fun to cross and watch the activity below and the scene up Baltimore's Charles Street to the Washington Monument.

I like the comfortable bed.I can't get over the price of things in around the hotel.A 24oz bottle of water $5.00,12oz can soda 4.50,and a candy bar 3.50.I guess you,all wanted your patrons to get really drunk on the $8 a pop mini bottles and not think about the prices.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever!
By ,
I only stayed two nights, Sunday Monday, but the two nights were not the best. I arrived late Sunday evening, and was NOT told there was a $14 million renovation being done to the hotel upon check-in. The first morning I went to work so didn't notice the construction noise. The second day I got sick and just needed to rest, but the noise was SO loud, it sounded like someone was jack-hammering in my room. I had a migraine and it was the worst noise ever! I called the front desk who advised me everyone was told about construction when making reservation and upon check-in. Well since my resvervation was done online by my travel agent, no notice was given and agent didn't tell me upon check-in. Finally after getting up, packed and dressed it was 11:00a. The mgr moved me to a room on the 14th floor where the noise was minimal and could be tuned out w/ earplugs. I was given a late check-out of 3pm even though I asked for 4p. I feel they could have comped something off the price of the room too. I also was displeased to know the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel was closed on Sun and Mon. I found the front-desk clerks not very helpful or nice. Not service I would expect at $199/night per person. I would never saty there again. There are too many other hotels to have to put up with these people.

The view was great and the service was outstanding. Would recommend anytime to anyone for a stay in Baltimore to see it's harbour, especially at night, and to really enjoy yourself. Great experience for the family. Let's them see all that downtown has to offer. Just a great visit with great service! :-D
