Valencia Motel, Laurel

We stayed just for one night, we were discusted. There was an outlet olug that was hanging unsrewed touching the dirty frayed carpet. Sheets had cigeretts burns, also they didn't fit the bed. Moldings were filthy. Bathroom sink was not wall mounted, they were free standing. We didnt want to shower, we left ASAP after waking up. Needless to say,I wonder how they can operate in such a disater. Md. should reinspect thie whole in the wall. This isn't helping MD. hotel reviews. Suzanne

My boyfriend and I were in between moving into our new place and we stayed at the valencia for one disgusting horrible night. It was suppose to be a week long stay, but we checked bright and early the next morning (much to my boyfriends chagrin... he wanted to leave as soon as we got their at 11 oclock at night. The room was filthy and smelly, and there was massive water damage all over the place. Over top of the filthy mattress was a regular sheet (not fitted) and their were stains all over it. When we woke up in the morning one of us was lying directly on top of the disgusting mattress (touching it).. We didnt even bother taking a shower, as it looked like we could very easily catch a STD from it. We left promptly that morning and checked into the Quality Inn and Suites right down the street. We both itched quite a bit from our stay and had strange marks on our skin after we left. Really really grody. No wonder they call it the "terrorist motel"... (as the terrorists stayed here the week before they bombed the Pentagon)

I go there once in a month .. staff is very helpful , and also very nice to everyone, nice rooms, and everytime i go there something is change in the room so basically they are keep changing stuff in rooms, which i am very impressed ... good rates ever,,,

I couldn't believe this hell hole is allow to stay in business! I had a mouse in my room, and I went off. No remote for the tv, stained towels and wash cloths! If you have allergies on asthma please don't stay there you will die there! This place shouldn't be allow to stay opening. I'm serious even a cheap motel should still be a clean place to stay! If you decided to stay please take some lysol, your owe wash cloth, soap, ajax to clean the bathroom, sheets, blanket, but buy the time you spend your money buying all this stuff just stay at the Hilton hotel. I'm very serious this place is really bad, and I got my money back! Stay in hell at your owe wisk!!!!!

the good ole days at the Hanoi Hilton. Brings back old memories. Great place to go to hide out when Aunt Flo visits my wife Cindy. The hotel is cheap, good location for the local women of the night, there is an adult store next door with private jerk booths and a bar/restaurant next door named the Bottom of the Bay which I refer to as the bottom of the gene pool. I met a nice woman on the corner named Gagging Annie. To boot the hotel has historical value: some of the 9-11 highjackers stayed there. (This is true) John McCain

As soon as I pulled in the parking lot I knew I was destined for a disease. I walked in the room and it smelled like hot garbage and underarm sweat. The walls have holes and theres extreme water damage. Theres mold in the bathroom, food on the door and table. Whit film on the mirrors and the the bathroom smelled worse then the room. It like the room had not been cleaned in the year of 2008. There was mold growing on the table, and it is the worst place I have ever stayed in. The shower looks like you be dirtier after you get. Please be sure to bring cleaning supplies and extra blankets.

Cleaning staff is the grand parents of the people that qwn the place. They do a very poor job, un-mopped floors, un-cleaned bathrooms, un vaccumed floors. If you're staying 1 nite, it's ok. If for extended period of time, I would suggest staying elsewhere.

it was actually traumatic being in the room..we checked out within 10 minutes of checking in...the pillow cases were dirty..there were mouse droppings in the drawer where the bible was..the floor had probably never been vacuumed..got our money back immediately..*shiver*
