I DISLIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MOTEL. I would not ever ever recommend this particular Super 8 Motel to anyone. The hallways and rooms had the same musty odor. Dust was everywhere and you could not see the vents they were so clogged with so much dust. The motel had one iron and ironning board in the snack room next to the lobby. The iron and board were very dirty and they had nerve to secure the iron with a chain. I want to give a score of zero but unfortunately that is not possible. I slept in my clothes to make sure my body did not touch the bed. The MOTEL 8 should be RENOVATED or CLOSED Down.

when we arrived at the motel we went to the room and there was hair in the bed. they gave us a new room. this is the most nasty motel/hotel weve every stayed in. inside the elevaors where so dirty and the stairwell smelled like urine. the light fixture had dirt in them. and ceiling fans had so much dirt on them. the area where the snack machine/ice machine are the blinds are so dirty also. we where there for a wedding so we didnt spend that much time in the room. when we go back to shrevport we will stay across the street and pay the extra 30.00 for clean and a good breakfast. if i knew how to talk to about this i would. dont waste your money!!!

I liked the location next to I-20, the fairly comfortable room, the good coffee, the low ($35.00) rate, the attractive lobby, and the fact that the hotel is being renovated. I disliked the rather rundown look of the place (which seems as though that's about to be rectified), the industrial-looking area, and the disappointing breakfast (donuts and bread w/juice & coffee). For a quick stopover this place is okay. After the fix-up it will probably be a lot better.

dont go here,my husbands brand new truck got hit by a bike there.dirty bathrooms,poeple all over parking lot making loud noises,be smart stay awayalso the phone didnt work,it didnt ring,and they broght 1 towel for my husband,stinks

Horrible! This hotel should be closed down!This is the worst place we have ever stayed in. We paid a $20 pet deposit and for what?The floors were so nasty! My socks were literally black after walking on the floor. The room had not been cleaned before we checked in, food was in the microwave, trash on the floor, tub looked as tho it hadn't been cleaned in months.. Asked for room service, they came by and asked if they could clean room the next day! Showed them how dirty room was and they said, ok, we will come back tomorrow. But the roof started leaking that night and we had to change rooms. If all other hotels had not been filled due to hurricane, we definitely would not have stayed. Asked for towels and were told they would bring some. After 4 hours, called back and was told housekeeping had gone for the day. Had to go to front desk, then was only given 3 cloths and towels for family of 5. Asked for reduction in price we paid for room and was told no!

This place is terrible; the rooms were very dirty and the hallways were disgusting. In the stairwell on the way up was a half eaten dinner in a "to go" box. I think the maggots were what ate the first half because they were still in there eating. I would seriously not stay here again even if it were the only place in town and they offered it for free. STAY AWAY!!!!

i stay at super 8 all the time . but this is the worst one.first of all it's in bad neighboorhood . peoples knocking on doorat midnight selling stuff. i was with family 2 little girls . we go scared call at desk clerk no one answer the phone .i went to desk no one was there for 10 min. it's scarey place we left at night went to another motel ...
