Night mare from start to finish.

Front desk was very rude when I called to ask about government rate, they referred me to the internet to make my reservation. Checked in at 3 pm on Sat. was unable able to get key card to open door on my second floor room after lugging my luggage up the stairs. Went back to the office 3 times and then was told we would have to move to another room down stairs on other side of complex. Upon trying to gain access with new key to hall leading to room was unable to get this key to work also. Finally someone passing let us in. Key did work on the new room door, but new room's sliding glass door did not lock properly. After all this and my son playing two soccer games at 11 pm we find out there is not any hot water in the entire complex and that they knew they had no hot water when they checked us in at 3 pm sat. I understand things happen but they knew when they checked everyone in on Sat that they would have no hot water and did not advise us of this. If I had known this I would have found another room but I suspect they did not want to lose all their reservations for this very busy weekend but that was not fair to the guest. Once we checked in we were stuck there and had not choice but to stay and suffer through a very cold shower and a complete run around by the staff. When I asked for a manager I was told that there would be one on duty at 7 am Sunday morning. No manager on duty Sun morning when I went to check out. The desk clerk was completely unwilling to provide any compensation for me and about 10 other guest with the same complaints. I was given the managers card to call on Mon. Called on Monday, Tues, and Wed. and left messages for manager. No return call. Stilling trying to get in touch with corporate. Managment needs to make this right becaused this hotel is giving all the Best Westerns a bad name.
