Best Western Inn And Suites, New Iberia

I needed accomodations in New Iberia and viewed your site for suggestions. Since I am a member of Best Westerns loyalty club, and there is a location in New Iberia, I visited their site. After reading several reviews, I told my wife I would seek other accomodations. My wife noticed the dates on the reviews were old and suggested that I give the hotel a chance. Glad I took her advice. My accomodations were very comfortable, the staff were friendly, and I was surprised by the large amount of breakfast items to choose from. I definately recommend this hotel to anyone visting the area. Thanks

My family and I stay at hotels quite often, and I will definitely be returning!! Very well kept-up located just minutes away from everything. The staff were all very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable and didn't need anything. I would suggest to my co-workers and friends stay at this hotel when visiting New Iberia.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The front desk was very friendly and even helped me carry in my luggage sense my wife and I older. The breakfast was great and the price of the room was very reasonable. We will be coming to New Iberia to visit family often and will stay only at the Best Western of New Iberia.

This is a great Hotel and location was close to all the attractions. Staff was very nice, rooms were very clean and we look forward to going back next year!

I called in an attempt to make reservations as a government employee and was told to bring some sort of papers whereas the website plainly indicated government employees were eligible for the discount rate for either business or leisure. When I called I was immediately transferred to upper management who told me that was indeed a fact that proper notification had to be identified before getting the discount. I told this person that the website stated business or leisure but she still insisted it was for business only. At this point I was quite irrate and ready to end the conversation. With this attitude, I would not suggest this place to anyone.
