Red Carpet Inn Louisville, Louisville

Besides the nasty carpet, the 70's decor and the dirty walls, the lady at the front desk was very rude. This place was totally disgusting. The only thing that they offered was free playboy (let me tell you how excited that made me...NOT) I will never stay at the Red Carpet Inn again. I just cant get over the customer service aspect of this hotel. The staff was rude and not inviting at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

We stayed in Room 220 this past weekend, it was pouring the rain in an electrical storm. I grabbed the first available room. The location was perfect. Room was filthy, dead silver fish on the bathroom counter, huge cobwebs under the table and chairs, stains on tub and bathroom floor. On top of all that the A/C did not blow cold. I was sweating worse after the shower than before. Do not recommend staying here unless your only other choice is sleeping in the lightning and thunder, like us :-)
