the rooms not clean, the Beds not made neatly. Obviously they don't know how to use the vacuum cleaner. The maids are friendly but the service is not great. They are just there a few hrs and not back till next day. If we needed anything we had to go to front desk. If they were a maintence problem they would move us instead of fixing it. A lot of things needed repaired. Not very happy!!

i paid in advance for my son, daughter-in-law, and grandsons to stay at this hotel when they went to see their sick grandfather.there were not enough towels, wash cloths,ect.when they asked for more they were told no-one knew were to get more,everything was locked up until next day,then still no towels. there was body hair in tub, on bathroom floor and counter area. my son is a good person he did not want to complain to management, my pregnet daughter-in-law used clorox wipes to clean the bathroom. i was embarrassed and felt bad since i choose the hotel. my father will pass away, when he does i will not stay there and will let other family members know not to stay there.sometimes management needs to do surprise room checks after the maids say thay cleaned the rooms, and if the hotel has to buy towels, then buy them...

The rooms stink and the pool wasn't open because of mantinence that should have already been done. They don't have an elevator for people who can't walk up steps. I won't be back.
