Started out good
We stayed here for about a week. The manager made it sound like he was giving me a deal by putting a microwave and fridge in our rooms. When we got there, it was on their sign that there were microwaves and fridges in every room. Their deluxe breakfast is skimpy, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy (which was cold), fruit, cereal, juice and coffee. We ended up eating breakfast some place else every morning. Everytime someone would run water in the room next to us, the pipes would rattle in the wall. The night before we were scheduled to check out, we went to the front desk and settled up on our rooms. Yes, we had more than one room. The next day we asked for a late check out for one of our rooms and the manager said yes. He said to let the housekeeper in there to clean the room, which I went into the hallway and told her to come in and clean and she never did. I have been in there when they have cleaned before and it only takes them 10 minutes. The manager called me on the phone and told me that I would need to get out of the room, even though I was waiting on a ride and help to get my luggage out of the room. I tried to explain this to him, but he told me he would send someone over to help me carry my luggage down. (They have no elevator and I was on the 2nd floor) They never did. I feel like he got our money and then didn't give a crap about throwing me out on the street. We won't be back.
