bed bugs found in my bed booked two nights after first night noticed bites on my arm, then checked bed and found bugs, dune coon didnt want to give money back so if i stop one customer from stayin i feel better. that is bs way to do business

Recently we stayed here while going through Kansas from Wyoming. My daughter had made our room reservation but forgot to ask for the total price. The clerk on duty when we checked in gave us the room at a price that the supervisor apparently did not approve of. The next morning when we were eating breakfast, three staff members kept looking at the computer and then looking at the guests. They asked at least three guests what room they were in, including my sister. He informed my sister that we should stop by the front desk before checking out. We did and he tried to charge us $23 more dollars because he said his clerk made a mistake. We told him he needed to train his employees. If he wanted to get that money, he should have asked the clerk that made the mistake for the money. Apparently he does not understand how the American business system works. I would never consider staying here again.

We stayed at this hotel while traveling with three other couples. We each felt the four rooms we had were clean, with comfortable mattresses. The total room prices of $70.11 each was very reasonable considering the inclusion of a nice continental breakfast. We would stay at this hotel again!

We stayed here for about a week. The manager made it sound like he was giving me a deal by putting a microwave and fridge in our rooms. When we got there, it was on their sign that there were microwaves and fridges in every room. Their deluxe breakfast is skimpy, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy (which was cold), fruit, cereal, juice and coffee. We ended up eating breakfast some place else every morning. Everytime someone would run water in the room next to us, the pipes would rattle in the wall. The night before we were scheduled to check out, we went to the front desk and settled up on our rooms. Yes, we had more than one room. The next day we asked for a late check out for one of our rooms and the manager said yes. He said to let the housekeeper in there to clean the room, which I went into the hallway and told her to come in and clean and she never did. I have been in there when they have cleaned before and it only takes them 10 minutes. The manager called me on the phone and told me that I would need to get out of the room, even though I was waiting on a ride and help to get my luggage out of the room. I tried to explain this to him, but he told me he would send someone over to help me carry my luggage down. (They have no elevator and I was on the 2nd floor) They never did. I feel like he got our money and then didn't give a crap about throwing me out on the street. We won't be back.

I had a very pleasant stay here. It was clean and had a nice breakfast and pleasant and friendly staff. Not a lot to do in Colby, but it was a nice place to stay while roadtripping. Would come here again.
