Top notch staff and service. Over the top breakfast. Huge rooms and Comfortable beds!! I WILL RETURN!!

there was smoke in the room. the room wasn't clean. ants were on the window sill. the printer wasn't working. breafest wasn't great. i didn't feel safe at this hotel. the parking lot is poorly lit. my door looked like it was all been kick open cuz it was all lent up where the lock was. the hotel is a dump. i wouldn't stay here again.

I am a business traveler who travels about 150+ days a year. I stay at a lot of hotels and try to find the nicest hotels in an area at a good price. I got the good price at this hotel, just not the good hotel experience. The hotel looks great from the outside, but the inside will disappoint you. The rooms are old with a fresh coat of paint. My drains on the sink and shower didn't work. The manager wouldn't talk to a guest, at the front desk or walking around. The bartender was nice though. Overall this is not a hotel that you want to visit. There are better hotels in Wichita for the same price.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We stayed there four nights and especially appreciated the personal service from the front desk personnel. We got one of the suites, which was well worth the price. We had a separate bedroom and living room, with a door between them. This is important as my husband is a champion snorer and I often need to sleep in a separate room. The living room was spacious and well appointed. It would be ideal for anyone who needs to receive guests in their hotel room, but not expose the guests to a bedroom. The living room had a mini-fridge, microwave oven and wet bar. The breakfast was lovely. We had make-it-yourself waffles every morning, as well as a choice of other things such as sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. It was served buffet style.
