The walls are made of paper. I can hear people talking on there cell phones and watching TV. I could tell you what the room next to me was watching on TV. They put me in a room across the hall from a girls volley ball team. The girls slammed doors and ran around in the hallway until 11pm. When I told the hotel staff in the morning and asked to be moved they said they didnt have another room. The next night I went through the same thing and I had to call and complain twice before someone finally came up to shut them up. I wouldnt stay there again because of how thin the walls are. I could hear a baby crying two rooms down. Thankfully I was there for 2 days. Never ever again will I stay at this Holiday inn when I'm traveling in this area again.

Felt welcome

Kudos to the staff of HI Sioux City. I was there for 2 weeks and the staff made me feel welcome each day. Very friendly, smiling faces all the time. Thanks a lot to Bobby and the rest of the front desk staff, restaurant staff, shuttle drivers. Fitness center may need a little improvement. Overall, though, great experience.

Our stay a the Holiday Inn in Sioux City,Ia was very nice. The room was very quiet & clean. They were very accomadating. We will stay there again.

Nice place

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown in Sioux City, IA was good. Newer interior, friendly staff, great pool/ hot tub. The location is great. Its literally blocks from the riverboat casino and the 4th st. area (local bars / nightlife) Our room wasnt serviced the three days we stayed there, we didnt leave our room until after 11am but I feel they could have tried harder. Also, they dont offer any continental breakfast, which allot of other hotels in the area do.

Great start to our vacation.

We love the convenience of Yahoo! Travel, especially making hotel reservations. The room was perfect, and turned out to be a few dollars cheaper than we expected. Service was great and with the king size bed we were very comfortable.

THE FRONT DESK WAS REALLY FRIENDLY. ROOMS WERE AN EXCELLENT CONDITION. PARKING LOT WELL LIT. I FELT REALLY SAFE HERE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. ITS REALLY CLOSE TO THE EVENT CENTER WHICH IS REALLY CONVIENENT ESPECIALLY SINCE WE ATTENDED THE CONCERT. GREAT STAY
