Hickman Motor Lodge, Windsor Heights

IHickman lodge was under poor management by ah young lady named michelle, she was careless with her dutys...it is now under new management that takes care of their residents..she is helpfull and reppnsiable and is doing her best to change the reputation that the other manger installed...it is ah great place to stay now michelle is no longer management...the new manager keeps it clean cares about her job and her residents..she should not be held in the same catigory as the old manager give her ah chance to prove it!!!

I think Hickman motor lodge is a way better place without Michelle, here. The rooms and the grounds are being taking care of so well. It's a very big difference. The new managers are polite, and respectful to all of their residents. If you ask to have something fixed or something is wrong in the room the managers are on it. They do not wait five months to get stuff fixed. The grounds look beautiful... Everyday things are getting better and better around here. So my advice to anyone who has had a bad expereince at hickman lodge, go back and stay for 1 night and then write your comments. Michelle and Tom are no longer here, so thats a plus in itself. Its even getting to the point where management has the rowdy people under control or out of there. Everyone here now respects their neighbors, and the property. So anyone that has something bad to say at least go check it out with the new managers there.

very nasty!!!!! how can you michelle give all 5 stars?oh wait ,i know cause you are the manager!!!! it is a dump and you need to be shut down. anyone reading this do not stay at this motel or the econo lodge down the street. i wonder if anyone has called the health inspector on these motels. well i guess i need to check into it then!!!!

A good place to stay. A few bumps when moved in, management took care of all. Don't believe negative reviews!!

The place is disgusting. The staff at the motel are unprofessional and unhelpful. A motel that doesn't ask for your id is definitely not safe for anyone. The place was very noisey at night, people turn up the music and run around outside through out the night. If you stay for a month or longer you will never get ur deposit back, they like to ignore ur calls and make up lies.

Hick,am lodge is the worst place you cna live at the place is unhealthy for anyone i lived there for a year an a half just imagine in your mind seeing roches walk down the wall an across your counter top. When you went to tell them about the issues all you got was well thats your problem you take care of it i could go on an on bottom line do not stay there!! michelle c, along with tom are both managers of that nightmare

YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible. We called ahead to reserve the room. When we got there it was soooo discusting! We told them we would NOT stay there, he refused to refund our card. Why on earth did he charge the card in the first place if it was such a dump? I have no idea! You should be able to see your room before you have to pay for it!!

This place was discusting!!!!!!! Oh my word. I have never seen so many flies swarming a bed in my life! If you have children do NOT STAY HERE!
