The four-diamond Omni Severin Hotel is directly connected to Circle Centre Mall and via skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center. In the heart of the downtown Wholesale District, the hotel is one half block from the famous St. Elmo Steak House and two blocks from Lucas Oil Stadium and Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Hotel amenities include full-service business center, multilingual staff, shoeshine, gift shop, 24-hour room service, same day dry cleaning, in-room movies (fee), safe deposit box, express check-in/out, evening turndown, Omni Kids Program, and valet parking (fee). The hotel features two restaurants, Severin Bar and Grille and Starbucks, serving light meals and specialty coffees. Paid for Valet... I was told my car got broken into over the night. it was 1 of like 7. I found my card in a public parking with across the street NO Security. Walls are paper thin. You can hear the water in the pipes. Pool is like a group hot tub. it was not place I will ever go back to. Omni told me too talk with the subcontracted company that did their Valet for them. I would not stay there again I would stay at a hole in the wall before going back there. P.S. noisy, smelly, old building

Very Nice...

This is an exquisite hotel. We stayed here while my mother had surgery at the cancer center. It is a beautiful hotel, and they price is wonderful for patients' families. The staff very helpful and was more than happy to accomedate us with what ever we needed while we were there...unfortunately our family was running low on funds and we had to move to a different hotel later in our stay in Indy. BIG MISTAKE!!! We should have stayed here where we were at, for the few dollars more, the headache of the bad hotel we moved to, the inconvenience of moving, the farther distance from the hospital, was a disaster. Trust me, from experience, this is definately the best hotel you will find that will accomodate you for all your needs, allow your small dog, and do anything they can/will do to make you happy.....DONT make the mistake of going elsewhere. Its just NOT worth it! I would definately stay here again and highly recommend the Omni to any and everyone!

Very Old

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The hotel is definitely outdated with worn faded furniture in the lobby and old stained carpet in the rooms that has definitely seen better days. The humidifier in the room leaked, soaking our floor and the heater did not work. This wasn't a big deal because the clerk said she'd send a "technician" up to look at it right away and was very sorry there wasn't another room available. The technician immediately asked if we'd been assigned another room because there was plenty available. It was late and quite a hassle after traveling all day to repack & relocate all of our belongings. There were ALOT of rooms still available!!?? Although we were compensated for the hassle with a free breakfast, I really expected more as far as appearance and decor compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area. If you want to get in and out quickly, you will not like the location at all as it is more suited for those whose destinations are reachable by foot.

Superb Service

The Hotel Staff is very friendly and helped us when we had a major Medical Emergency by being prompt in calling the ambulance and helping us through the process. This was above and beyond what we have come to expect from Hotels nowadays. Great Job by management to hire the correct staff.

great hotel

this is a beautiful hotel. the service was great and the rooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very very clean. Close to everything! I reccomend the valet parking. I could go on and on. Definitely stay here.

From the very moment I walked into the lobby until the day I checked out I had nothing but good experiences. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were great including a great exercise room. The location was perfect. If I'm ever in Indy again I will definitely stay at the Omni.

beautiful hotel

we stayed at the hotel for a work christmas party. The service was excellent. The rooms were very nice. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were the party was held was breathtaking. The location is excellent we walked everywhere we wanted to go. THe hotel is connected to circle center and that was a very nice feature. We will definitely go back and stay.

For the price stay at another hotel

I found the service to be horrible. They messed up the billing of the room and were unwilling to compromise. If you are searching rates and decide on the Omni...MAKE SURE you book it online or the rate will be nearly double. They will not honor any discounts such as AAA at registration unless you book it through their central registration. For the price, the rooms are tiny! With a king size bed there is about 2' on each side. The bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. A basic bathtub, very shallow. I will never stay at any Omni hotel again. I would strongly encourage you to walk across the street to the Crowne Plaza. Much cheaper, larger rooms and the staff...as always...was very eager to please.
