Indianapolis Marriott East, Indianapolis

The photos of this Marriott looked wonderful. When we arrived the outside looked great. The lobby was OK, but dated. The hallway and room were dirty and the heating unit in our room was so loud that when we called the front desk to be relocated, the clerk admitted that she could hear the unit over the phone. We were moved to another room in the better tower. It was a little cleaner, but not by much. The heating unit was still loud, but not as loud as the other room. The staff was friendly, but the hotel was too dated and not clean enough. I won't stay there again.
