Don't do it!!!
By Nick, 02/10/08
The hotel was older than advertised. When I pulled in I almost cried. The staff was rude, they don't offer breakfast, and the room was horrible. There is a $49 Economy Inn next door and I felt like it would have been smarter.

Stayed there for 2 years
By Big E, 08/11/07
Dislike: Nothing, The service was great and the restaurant near by was great. The location for us was perfect. The rooms were clean when returned at the end of our day.

Pool? What pool?
By Jill, 03/10/07
The room was ok -- clean enough. Staff was ok and at least apologized for the unavailability of the pool. There was a wedding reception held pool side which meant that the pool was unavailable all day on Saturday. Try explaining that to a 3-year old with nothing that she wanted to do but go swimming. Then on Sunday, the room was only 57 degrees and the water wasn't any warmer. Her lips literally turned blue and we had to drag her out kicking and screaming because she wanted to swim. No price consideration for the "inconvenience" was offered.

Stay Away!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/01/06
Filthy and disgusting is the nicest thing I can say about this place. I felt dirtier after getting out of the shower than before getting in.

Bad experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/15/05
My family, from Southern Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New York, Iowa, and proably a state or two that I may have forgot to mention, all stayed at the Quality Inn for my nieces wedding. The staff was very friendly, but that is the only good thing I can say about the hotel. It was run down and dirty. Fom the floors in our rooms, to the bathrooms. I have never stayed in a hotel before where I was leary to get in the shower, but I was there. We had a king size bed in our room. The bottom sheet fit the bed, but the cover sheet was for a double bed. It did not even cover from one side of the bed to the other. The bedspread was stained, hoepfully it had been washed and was actually stained, but after everything else we defintely wondered. The showers were awful, you had either scalding hot water or cold, but you didn't get to choose which, you just got which ever one it felt like giving you. If it had just been our room I proably wouldn't be writing, but it was every room that my family was staying in. And I'm not just talking 5 or 6 rooms, we had 14 or more rooms total. And other's staying at the hotel that we had an opportunity to talk with had the same complaints on their rooms. My advice would be to stay south of Vincennes about 20 miles, we saw what looked like a new hotel on our trip home.
