Hilton Chicago Indian Lakes Resort, Bloomingdale

Great room. Comfortable bed. Food was good. Loved Iggy's. 1 good golf course 1 great. We have one of our tour events there. Only thing I would add would be a range for the golf.

We keeped finding Roaches in our room. After showing them to the MGR they offered us a free meal. By that time we lost our appetite.

I only liked 2 things about this hotel, the bed weir big & comfortable and the swimming pool was 24 hours on friday. I did not like that they did not have a microwave and refrigerator in the rooms. We orderd a room with 2 beds and only recieved one and I did not appreciate that the only refrigerator in the room was already filled with products that we had to pay for.

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. the golf course was great too. i would stay here again.

The setup was very unique. It was nice and relaxing. I would stay here again. The only bad thing about the hotel is the parking. They do have valet, but if you want to park yourself; prepare for a small mini walk.

I was not pleased with the service. I was given stale old food and warm wine for a cheese and cracker platter that was pre-ordered that came 4 hours later (11pm) then what I was told. After I complained to the manager, I was still given poor service. The room reeked of fresh paint and the thermostat was broken. I ordered two beds and received one queen size bed. I had more fun away from the resort. Fortunately it's surronded by expressways to go to the local malls where I shopped until I dropped and the numerous places to dine. I went there for my birthday and I was just miserable. I couldn't wait to get back home. I wouldn't recommend this place to stay overnight but for a day at the spa.

The facility was beautiful. The location was extremely convienant to my purpose for the visit. The staff were all courteous, & extremely helpful, espically the bell hop staff (Jeff) who I feel went above & beyond when I needed assistance around the area. The rooms was spacious including the bathroom & kept extremely clean. The prices for room-service/in room snacks & beverages were a little steet but quality was good. Definetely will be back!

The hotels atmosphere was really nice, but I can't say the same for the staff. We were awakened well before 8am Saturday morning because the trash was being emptied for at least an hour. Employees were by the dumpster smoking and talking. Our room was on the first floor in the corner. My boyfriend was very upset, so I went to the front desk and kindly spoke with the manager about this. He just said "that happens on Saturdays you can switch if you want"-no apology, free dinner, discount, nothing. Not used to this kind of customer service and we paid in advance instead of upon departure.

I like having my parties at this hotel. The pool is a great entertaining event, and i always have fun. My family always go to this hotel.

The room was very good. It was large and clean, it also offered a "mini bar" that automatically charged the room for items used. The view from the room into the atrium was very nice, however; being directly above the player piano was rather annoying, as it seemed to play the same four Elton John songs over and over until way past 10:00 PM. My wife called down to the desk and asked them if they could turn down the volume and the girl at the desk just snickered at her. The game room was nice but the change machine wasn't working. We stayed there for four days and although we notified numerous staff members, the change machine never was repaired. We were forced to drive to a nearby bank for quarters as the front desk didn't have any either. The food in the resturants was very good except for the fact that the eggs at breakfast arrived cold. Overall a nice stay but the staff, especially the upper staff, could be much more attentive and accomodating
